Cancellation Policy

REFUND/CANCELLATION- Due to limited inventory and advance scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies: 1. Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event date: A 20% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be issued as a rain check credit valid for 12 months. 2. Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to the event date: A 30% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be issued as a rain check credit valid for 12 months. 3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event date: 50% of the TOTAL RENTAL FEE will be forfeited due to last-minute scheduling and preparation. The remaining balance will be issued as a rain check valid for 12 months. 4. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued. 5. Weather-related cancellations will not receive cash refunds. A rain check credit will be issued and valid for 12 months, subject to safety concerns. ALL CANCELLATION CREDITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND MUST BE USED WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF THE ORIGINAL EVENT DATE. To continue, please acknowledge the following: 1. We do not set up on rock or gravel surfaces. 2. You will need to provide a separate circuit for each unit rented. Units must be located within 50' of electricity. 3. You agree that you have reviewed our cancellation and inclement weather policy. 4. Events held at parks will require a generator.
